Autumn took so long to get here this year. Now that it is finally here, it's been rather dreary and gray. It's a very strange fall this year (at least here in Madison, NJ). It seems like half our trees have lost all of their leaves and half of them are still green.
Mostly, I'm still waiting to see this in our backyard.

It's a week later in the year than this shot was taken... but that tree has just slightly gone from green to barely burgundy. Where is my bright red??? Since it's not there yet... I'm sharing a photo I took 2 years ago. Hopefully we'll see this bright red and yellow in our yard before we see snow!

Wow, those are amazing colors.
Yeah, I think that fall has been odd all around this year. But I hope you get this gorgeous color too.
Beautiful perspective :)
Wow is that color amazing! I would lvoe to see some of that, too, but it's unlikely here in TX. We pretty much go from green to brown and that's it.
Yay! Success in getting on your blog. :) I love, love the shot of the tree. What an amazing perspective!
Gorgeous shot! Even if it is from 2 years ago.
Oh my gosh that's gorgeous!
