One of Zoe's Christmas presents from Mommy and Daddy was a Fisher Price Kid-Tough digital camera. Most of you are aware of how often I have the camera out and am clicking away. About 99% of the time Zoe is begging and pleading for a turn. In most of the videos you see she is asking to see. So... I'm hoping having a camera of her own will help keep her little toddler mitts off of our camera.
She was very excited to show everyone her camera by taking pictures. The outcome is not too bad when you consider she is only 2 1/2... and the directions actually say use in bright light (it was mostly dim) and to stay still when taking pictures (um... Zoe, stay still?). Plus the camera was set to the low quality setting rather than high quality (I fixed it now).
So, for your viewing pleasure... the very best of Zoe's first photography session!

Grandma got Nicholas that same camera for the same reasons! We have more pictures of people's feet and the couch than anything else but some of them are quite good! He loves it!!
(Just as he loves his Diego Rescue center, too!!)
:)
OMGosh...those are great!!! I love the picture of Grandma...so cute! And I actually laughed out loud at the dishwasher one! Fun gift!
I think she has a real eye for photography! Most of those are centered better than the ones my husband takes.
Though I did crack up at the dishwasher shot. :-)
Nice work, Zoe! Our girls love their camera, well, Emma's camera, too! It is fun to see the world through their perspective, huh?
BTW - Love the new pic of you and Zoe...have been reading most of them through bloglines, so I hadn't seen it! Very sweet!
The pictures are great!
I came so close to getting my daughter this camera for Christmas. Instead, she's getting it as a birthday gift in July.
Michael got this camera also. He loves it.
Wow, how cool is that camera!! She's pretty good!
