Well... not really. Saying I'm moving is more exciting than it actually is. I've simply gone and removed the "blogspot" from my blog address. It was actually quite boring to do. It didn't give me nearly as much stress as I thought it should. I might need to go and change my layout again or something. You don't even really have to change anything... or worry about losing me. Blogger says they "won't leave my readers behind". Everything should automatically get redirected to my "custom domain".
Mostly... I just feel all fancy and special being able to say I have my own "custom domain".

The actually changing of the site address was very easy. I wish I could say it took a lot of coding talent... but blogger just makes it as easy as typing in what you want and then buying the domain name for $10. They did all the work. Blogger makes the whole blogging thing very easy. I thought of moving away from them.... but the idea of "self-hosting" scares me to death. I'm afraid I would lose my whole history. So for now.... blogger is simple and does what I need.
