I found them at Stop and Shop today. After standing in the aisle and staring at the box for WAY too long... I bought them.
I haven't opened them. I'm afraid they will either be VERY bad... or VERY good. Mostly I'm afraid they will be very good and then they will be very gone. And then they will be REALLY very gone since they are "limited edition". Then what will I do?????
So now they are sitting on the kitchen counter staring at me.

Ok, so I haven't seen those yet...but I've heard a rumor that if you mix chocolate chips (melted) with mint extract, and then use that to dip Ritz crackers...you get Girl Scout Thin Mints.

I admit they don't look to good but when i think of Ritz buiscuits i think of cheesy crackers which seem to be the norm here (think it is the same Ritz , same logo ) . Not sure cheese and fudge would go together well

I'm not sure if Ritz are different here or not. They aren't so much "cheesy" as they are buttery. Salty and buttery.
I think I'll open them today. If they are any good maybe I'll have to pick up a box to send to you so you can try them out yourself!
Wow. I might be buying myself some chocolate chips and mint extract to hold me over until the Girl Scouts make their rounds again!
