Zoe - "Today, at school, we had to write down what we were thankful for... so I wrote I was thankful for mom."
Me - "That's very nice."
Zoe - "Yeah... I wrote mom because I didn't know how to spell guinea pigs... and I can spell mom."
Me - "Gee.... thanks."

LOL. guess she isn't spelling the way it sounds to her like they have Gabe doing now. I am still having trouble figuring out what his stories say.
Ha! Love it! I should do a post of the pic I snapped with my cell phone the other day - Nick was writing all the words he knew on a piece of paper. Of course the list started with "BOOB" and "POOP". Ah, he makes me proud...

It is so sweet (except I know the TRUTH!!! lol)
I have to scan in the picture she drew. It's actually very cute... except for the part where it would have been a drawing of guinea pigs if she knew how to spell. lol
They don't seem to be having them write things out the way they sound.
Although... it may just be that Zoe hates the idea of doing anything WRONG. The world might end.
I'm positive boob and poop will be in Zoe's list of words very soon.
